In 2002 Island Estates Homes built 73 homes on the property we acquired from Imperial Nursery. Like other communities built by Island Estates, our customers had six luxury model homes to choose from – the Ashbury, the Canterbury, the Oxford, the Victorian, the Waterford, and the Whittier. Our team at Island Estates and our loyal trades worked with each homeowner to customize their home, inside and out, making dreams into a reality.
