The Commons at Mt. Sinai

Island Estates' Commercial Division owns and operates a three-building complex at the intersection of Route 25A and Mt Sinai-Coram Road. The Commons includes The Learning Experience, a 10,000 square foot day care center, a TD Bank, a full service bank with drive-thru capability, and a 5,600 square foot professional office building. The Commons is managed by Island Estates to insure that it will always be an attractive part of the Mt. Sinai Community.
